Terms of Service
General:
- I have the right to deny a commission for any reason, and I do not have to tell you that reason
- Full payment is due upfront, no exceptions. I will not start on your commission until payment is received
- I accept payment through Paypal, Zelle, and rarely CashApp
- The turnaround time for commissions is around 2-3 days. If there are any reason for delays on your commission, I will let you know
- By default, I assume that I can post your art on social media. If you want me to not post your commission or leave you untagged or not named in the post, let me know and I will respect your decision
- You may use the art from the commission with credit. I don't offer creating art for commercial purposes. You cannot use my art to feed AI or make an NFT.

What I Need for the Commission:
- Unless I'm creating a design, I need a form of clear reference of the character(s) you want me to draw. I won't work purely off of descriptions about the character. The reference shouldn't be pixelated or heavily shaded in such a way that makes it hard to colorpick. I won't accept AI generated references
- Extra information about the character is also welcome, such as a mood board or some backstory
Commission Process:
- Refunds will not be accepted unless I haven't started on the commission at all or cancel the commission for personal reasons
- Major changes to the drawing can only be made during the sketch and lineart phase of the commission. Only minor changes can be made afterwards.

A full drawing of your character with color, shading, and a simple background. Simple props/accessories can be added for free.
Complex background + $10-15
The price above depends on the complexity and detail
Any additional characters added to any form of art drawn + 75% of the original price for each character.
